What is the difference between call forward and call divert, what happens when one forwards their calls to another phone number?

Call forwarding is the same as call diverting; once you divert your calls to a particular phone number, whenever your number is not reachable the calls people make to your phone shall go to that number and so be received by that person. Call forward can also be used when one is busy, you can set your phone to busy and divert all calls to another phone. Call divert is good for people who are normally busy but yet think every call is important to them, it helps them not to miss out on any call.
