I am told that one can save a lot by purchasing stuff online; i was wondering why they would sell stuff at a low price and not take profits like those in the marts and shops. Usually in order to get the quality stuff one has to pay more, right?

You heard it right, one can save a lot of money by shopping online and let me tell you it’s not because the online store sell stuff at a price that brings loss to them. You may ask how then can the online stores make money; the answer to this is simple and all it takes is a little insight to understand how things work. The marts and the shops have to spend a lot for the maintenance and the salesman, where as the online stores need not spend any. So the online stores can sell the same product with the same quality which you can get from a super mart or a shop, without being at a loss.
