Hi,
A castrated cat don't fell the need to mark out its territory. There is another cause which can bring that need. Check if you have made its territory smaller (by closing doors for example) or if it is stressed by something (like a new animal or human being). Watch out how you wash your floors; cats like bleach smell. Wash the litter with bleach. Don't use it anywhere else. You can find repulsion products in pet shops that you can use to wash foul zones so it won't go back there to urinate. You can also rub these places with moth balls. When you catch it red-handed, spray your cat with water, as a punishment. If your cat always urinate in the same room, put its litter there. If after all these tryings, the cat doesn't stop, lock it up in a room with its litter until it uses it. If you don't success with all that, ask a veterinarian, maybe your cat has an infection?
