Kids raised by housemaid

I am a lawyer by profession and currently my job is so demanding, i have a family of a husband and 3 kids, only one of them is at school going age, in as much as my salary is basically what we survive on, my job consumes a lot of my time that i am thinking of quitting it to give more time to my kids and husband, my husband also works but for a lower salary, i don’t want my kids to be raised by a house maid, what should i do?

Our families are very important to us, In your case it would be good if you could give more time to your husband and little ones but yet you still need the money to carry you through, in this case discuss it with your husband, if it is ok with him, you can quit this job for a lighter one that will give you more time for your family but don’t leave the current job before you find the lighter one. The new job may be less paying, all you need to do is adjust your expenses as long as it will help to keep the bond in your family.
