I'd like to rent a house or a villa in Florida, preferably in Miami or Daytona. Could you tell me if there are sites of home rental directly from the owner (that is to say from indivudual to individual)?

There is an ad hosting website that runs internationnaly.
People put their own ads on the website and there is no third party, so they are offers for homes to rent directly from the owner, like you specified. The website is divided by countries and cities, so you can chose the one that you are interested in staying.
Go to craigslist.org, then select the country (United States of America). You then go to US cities, and select Florida. Once you are there, you will have to chose the neighborhood you are interested in, in your case Daytona beach or South Florida (in which is included Miami/dade, you can filter the search to this specific part on the top of the ads pages).
Go to the "housing" link, select the price range and the size of the house, and start browsing for that villa!
