My sister tries to rent an apartment and it is very difficult to find something of good quality at cheap price days. She would like to rent a two or three bedrooms appartments in the montreal area that won't be too expensive. Can you help?

There are a couple of ad hosting websites that you can browse to look for an appartment, according to your price and location preferences. Finding housing with quality and an affordable price matching your expectations can sometimes be challenging.
First, specify your city (montreal) on this website: www.craigslist.org. They hosts these ads in the "housing" category. You can then select how many rooms you'd like, the neighborhood, and the price range.
Kijiji.ca is a website offering the same services. Also specify your location, and start browsing for this new appartment!
Take some time to look through the postings, and you will surely be able to find a great place for your sister to call a home!
