Why pimples very painful?

I am a house wife and usually suffer from acne problem .these pimples on my face look like pointed pustules which i find very painful and scared to touch them .can you please suggest me some ideas or remedies about it?

Acne is usually caused by the blockage of skin pores that don’t allow the oxygen supply properly .Yes, these lesions can be painful to touch as there resides pus inside the pustules due to the growth of bacteria in the pores .These acne problem may be also due to dandruff that usually falls on our forehead and cause acne .Dandruff consists of certain chemicals in it as we use shampoo in hairs which itself harms our hair in some way or the other except some of them that can be useful.
