Why do the girls get pimples on their faces at the time of periods? Is this a sign of contamination .waiting for your reply?

Pimples usually appears at the time of periods in girls because the hormone level during menstrual cycle comes down and suddenly goes up .As a result the pH of the body keeps on changing in order to mould your body for periods .The appearance of pimples at the stage of puberty is quite common due to hormonal changes that takes place in the body several times .This has nothing to do with environmental changes or unhygienic food .Do not ever try to touch them or play with the pimples as they may cause contamination and may the source of spreading the bacteria in order to cause more acne
