Why is acne itchy?

I have been dealing with the acne problem since 3 weeks over my neck, hands and face .i feel very itchy at the side of infection and feel very uncomfortable going around with my friends .i often avoid many parties due to the dangerous effect that i have because of acne .can you please show me any way to get rid of it?

Acne over your neck, hands, and face indicates that you are in a severe need to consult a dermatologist .One of the best remedy you can use for the acne problem is that apply benzyl peroxide all over the site of action for 2 or 3 days in a very small amount and observe the results .Avoid having junk food and oily stuff as it might increase the itching and allow redness to appear .If you find this difficult then try to use a cleanser twice daily. Appearance of this acne over hands or neck is quite rare but do not worry it is not dangerous either .Don’t try to apply soaps or any moisturizer over the infectious part instead wash with the plain water.
