The riding guidance should be taken from a professional, but there are few steps that you need to know that is important and basic in learning for riding a horse. Check few things before you sit on your horse that the leather seat, stirrup and heel boots have proper position, so that you will not slide from the seat. Always wear a helmet before you start riding a horse, if you won’t, it can be dangerous because most of the injuries that cause by falling occurs on head. While the horse starts to walk, keep your back straight. You have to be quiet alert about the position you take and the movements about horse along with the stiff back while you ride.
