Natural remedy for acne

Is there any natural remedy for acne, my face is full of pimples and i have tried all sorts of creams and soaps but it hasn’t helped, i think i should find other means of dealing with them, please advise me on some natural remedies.

Sometimes pimples come not necessarily because of skin problems but age can also be a cause, for teenagers pimples should not stress you a lot because it is just a matter of time. Otherwise if you are past that age, you will have to do the water therapy, take a glass of water very early in the morning, after every meal and in the evening, increase the amount of water you take as days go. Avoid eating fatty foods, take a lot of fruits and fruit juice. Wash your face with non medicated soap and avoid glycerin creams.
