Apply moisturizers for pimple?

Often i get these pimples that too red colored and really makes me feel embarrassing when i go out for social cause or for parties .these pimples appear to be so pointed that i feel very scared even washing my face .i’ve tried some moisturizers but cannot get rid of it .please do help me dealing with it

Do not try any moisturizers on your face when you suffer from acne especially red colored into because these products are made with the special oils that are not suitable for our skin .It enters the deep pores of our skin and harshly removes the moisture of our skin .the redness of pimples indicates that your blood is not purified .Drink lots of water so that it purifies your blood and helps you keep your skin clean without any pimples or acne .Facials are strictly not allowed at the time you get pimples as it may be the main source in spreading the bacteria all over your face.
