AnswerThe Miami diet is a diet plan with 3 steps
During the first step that lasts 2 weeks, starches and sugars (bread, potatoes, rice, fruit, alcohol) are eliminated and replaced by proteins (eggs, meat, fish, vegetables). After this step, the body is not supposed to react the same way to food.
During the second step, you gradually reintroduce foods previously banned, starting with those with a low glycemic index such as fruit, bread, complete rice and couscous. When the ideal weight is reached, you move to the final stage.
The third and last step is more flexible but it is a final step that learns you to make the right choices. You develop healthy eating habits and you have to choose between good and bad fats and good and bad sugars.
