A friend of mine that he has a perfect chest and maintains it thought he doesn’t work out at all. He told me he used to work out during his teenage with a bucket filled with water using it for weights and now he barely works out and still maintains the shape. How can i achieve that?

A person’s general physique is achieved during childhood. I am guessing that your friend might have been an athlete or a sportsman during his childhood and that does go a long way in fortifying the muscles as they are not just for a small period of time but they stayed that way for quite a while. Just like the teleshopping gadgets that achieve instant results and you would lose them if you discontinue using it, this is the same phenomenon. The direct proportionality of how long the muscles have been toned. So keep working out and maintain your physique.
