I would like to learn more about body exercise because to me, it is not something i deem so important yet others tell me it is a must.

Exercise is good because it keeps us in shape but not all exercises are good for our bodies; there are so many different ways in which one can exercise but the choice of exercise to do depend on what you wish to achieve at the end of the day.

Some people exercise just to keep fit and fresh, for these ones, a simple jogging or sometimes an evening walk everyday can do. Others exercise in order to build up their muscles; people like boxers, wrestlers do tough exercising which is meant to toughen their muscles. Others do exercise in order to tone their bodies or acquire a particular body shape.

Seat ups are common among ladies who wish to trim their tummies while press ups are common among men who wish to build their shoulders.
