I am hungry all the time and i can’t stop myself from eating; i am worried about becoming over weight. I struggle a lot at the gym to maintain my weight and i wish i had some help regarding this issue.

AnswerActually if you can take care of what you are eating, you won’t have to worry so much about gaining weight. All you have to do is make a list of foods that have a low calorie count and stuff your refrigerator only with such kind of foods. Eat more nuts, raw vegetables. Eating more meals won’t be a problem if you are taking a small meal each time you eat; this way you will increase the rate of metabolism and therefore helps you to lose weight. Actually eating high fiber containing vegetables cling on to the fat in the body and that too helps you lose fat. You can eat well but you have to eat right in order to stay healthy and fit.
