I’ve been taking just 1100 calories a day and i’ve been working very hard at the gym, trying to lose weight. I’ve been doing this for the past 2 weeks and i didn’t lose anything. Why did this happen and what should i do to lose weight soon? I am ready to do anything.

Take five small meals every day instead of three big meals and that will keep your metabolism rate high. You need to maintain the high metabolism rate and caffeine can help you in doing that. Drink a cup of strong coffee half an hour before you start your work out and let most of your carbohydrates come from protein and eat more vegetables; they have high fiber content and that will let you burn fat faster. Eat right and lose weight; don’t fall sick to get slim.
