How to find which oil is good for cooking and what factors decide whether certain oil is good or not? Please explain why some oil is said to be bad for health?

When we say certain oil is good, it isn't the taste we talk about but the effects of that oil on the health of the person and the same criteria applies when we say certain oil is bad. You need to know that we have both good fats and the bad fats; once again good fats are said to be good as they lower the total and LDL cholesterol count and the bad fats are said to bed as they raise the cholesterol level in the body. It’s obvious that we need oil that has more of the good fats and as little bad fat as possible. The good fats include the polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats and the saturated and Trans fats are considered to be bad.
