How remove acne mark?

I am 15 years old girl .i had a very serious problem of acne that lasted for 2 weeks or so but the marks still don’t leave my face .i feel very awful about this .i’ve tried many home remedies but could not make them disappear .i just feel that i am the most ugly looking girl in my friends circle .please give me some tips to follow.

This problem is common in your age .As you are in the stage to get matured, many cells of your skin begins to divide rapidly especially the cells of your face which is a very sensitive part and is being exposed to dust particles, bacteria of daily life .Try to cleanse your face daily twice with a effective cleanser or with the rose water so that the routine dust that you get jammed in your skin pores is cleaned effectively .Avoid using soaps or moisturizers for 2 or 3 days.
