Does makeup hide pimples?

I am an actress .i work in small stage plays .my problem is that i am severely suffering from acne since 1 week and can’t get rid of it .as i perform in the stage plays i ought to look good but these pimples don’t allow me .i wear up a heavy makeup before my performance but then also i find it difficult to hide them .please try to give me some nice ideas .i am in a need.

You are actually inviting the acne to happen to you by wearing up a heavy makeup on your face .If you do so, your skin pores get blocked so that they don’t get enough oxygen to breathe .After all, skin also needs oxygen to survive otherwise your skin pores get blocked and cannot protect you from acne .So, try to avoid wearing heavy makeup and do not harshly brush-up on your pimples as the bacteria may spread all over your face and make your face look worse. Instead try to use light makeup that are available in the market nowadays .In order to avoid your acne keep your face as fresh as possible without any cream or powder .Try using some scented perfumes to remove your pimples or consult a dermatologist for further details .
