I would like to get informations concerning the time it takes for the blood to eliminate alcohol, marijuana or other drug. How many hours, days or months can it stays in the blood?

The time that the body takes to eliminate alcohol depends on personale characteristics, such as sex and body weight. A part of the alcohol is already degraded in the stomach by an enzyme called alcohol dishydrogenase , which is less present in women than in men. The major part of the alcohol goes in the blood and then, in the liver, where it becomes degraded progressively. The liver needs 1 to 1,5 hour to degrade the alcohol from one glass of beer. This means that after 4 glasses of beer, the delay to eliminate alcohol could take up to 6 hours.
As of for the marijuana, it depends on what is inside of your joint. Remember that THC elimination by the organism is very slow and we can detect it in urine up to 27 days after regular users consumption. As for the blood trace for an occasional use, it can take 2 to 3 days to eliminate it, but sometimes up to 1 week. If the person use it regularly, it can take from 15 to 60 days.
