I suspect my child of suffering from ADHD. What are ADHD symptoms in children and can I get a checklist?

The following site provides a ADHD symptoms checklist for children : pediatrics.about.com. Whilst the sites list symptoms, it also recommends that you should not self diagnose as a lot of symptoms are also present in normal children. It is when the symptoms all appear together that there should be cause for concern. The site prefers to categories symptoms into three categories which are easily distracted, hyperactive or impulsive. If you suspect your child is suffering from AHDH then make an appointment with your local doctor.
