Knowing the price at a hairdresser?

I want to get a new haircut, but i would like to know first the market prices. Is there a place to find this information?

Hi,
Normally, the prices of every act are posted salon storefront. But, from confessions of professionals of a well known strip of hairdressers, prices are made according to the customer: the shampoo, care, haircut, products, etc. Ask an estimate from your hairdresser, it is your right. Get to know that you are not forced to accept anything. You can ask to keep your hair wet, and cut. Show that you know what you want, and that you would agree to go somewhere else.
Finally, get to know that you can have lower prices in haidressing schoola, for a sure cut because students are supervised by teachers. There are plenty of them in a fair amount of cities.
