Does trimming prevent hair loss?

When my friends noticed that i was worried about the severe hair fall that started after i moved to a new city and suggested that i trim my hair and they said that trimming the hair can prevent the hair loss. Do tell me if trimming can help?

No, trimming your hair has nothing to do with your hair fall issues; it won’t help it in anyway. Trimming your hair can get rid of split ends and other such problems and that’s all it can do. Normally a single strand of hair lasts for about 3 months and after that it will fall off. You said that you have moved on to a different city and may be that is the cause behind it. It could be the change in the water; so check if the other members have the same problem. Actually your age and gender also makes a difference; especially if you are a woman, you might want to pay a visit to the doctor.
