AnswerIt conformed by many nutritionists that almost all those people who do not get a balanced diet have the problems with the health of their hair. One needs to take enough calories in order to ensure that your hair remains healthy. Especially zinc and magnesium are very important to avoid hair loss. Assuming that you stopped eating meat, seafood and eggs which are rich sources of zinc, your hair loss problem can be related to your diet. It is required that you take at least more than 1200 calories per day; being on a VLCD plan isn’t good for the health of the whole body including the health of your hair.
