Is it easy to get a credit card?

I would like to have an easy way to get a credit card. Do you think it will be easier with Visa, Master card or American express?

Everyone offers credit cards, including your local megastore and some pharmacies. Your bank, however, is likely to offer the best rates.
Call or visit it, and you will be amazed at how fast and with how much delight they'll have you setup.
In fact, you should probably try to convince them lower the rate. CBC made an interesting experiment last year: they randomly interviewed shoppers in a Winnipeg mall, and asked them to call their credit card company to see if they could bring the price down. In most cases, a five-minutes call was successful and the price drop was often very significative.
