Hi,
The best thanking cards are the ones which are the most personal. Go with your heart. You can start by saying you really enjoyed and aprreciated the gift. That it was a real pleasure for you to discover it. That you were moved because they took the time to please you. You can also talk about your feeling, for example that you were touched after seeing the efforts that were made for you. Simply be honest and tell what you feel. You can add some humour, it is always winning (like telling an anecdote concerning the people). If you have some talent you can make the card yourself, it will surely be appreciated.
