Someone tell me more about the saga that was aired on bbc about this african country uganda between the kingdom and the government.

The news that was aired on the BBC about the African country Uganda is basically about a clash between one Ugandan kingdom, Buganda, and the government of Uganda. Apparently it has been discovered that there is oil in one of the districts that belong to this kingdom and it will not be easy for the government to have access to this oil if this district still remains under the kingdom. To solve this problem, people started declaring that the mentioned district doesn’t belong to the kingdom of Buganda and that’s where all the trouble started.
