411.canada is an emergency number for canada? Because everytime i dial it nobody answers back and the operator keeps telling me i got the wrong number

411 Canada is not an emergency number or anything similar to that. It is actually a web page with classified and ads published by people living there. It is also a peoples directory where you can search for anybody you might need to find from any state or province of Canada.
Therefore this explains why the operator kept on saying you had the wrong number!
411 Canada is a local engine search created to find people and bussiness in specific areas. This is of course anonymus and you might not want to appear in this classified, so all you have to do is ask not to, and they will erase you.
