I have a cell phone and a landline with Telus. Can you tell me how to find a Telus 411 information directory for Canada?

If you go to mytelus.com, you'll be able to find a lot of information, one of them being an advanced search for name, street, city, province and postal code anywhere in Canada. You'll be able to use the Telus 411 service to get the information you need, as they have a complete directory for the country. As for the cell phone numbers, they are confidential numbers, unless the customer requested to have his number listed. On the Telus 411 page, you can also put a phone number and get the adress of the person who has that number.
