How can i surf on facebook with my mobile phone?

I have a mobile phone and an internet connection, but i can't make out how to see my friends on facebook. Could you help me?

To get access to Facebook with your mobile phone, follow the next steps in order.
To start, get connected on your Facebook account from your computer. Click on "account" in the options at the top and right of the screen and on "Mobile". Write down the number of your cell phone and select the name of your service supplier among the list. If it is not there, you won't be able to surf on Facebook from your mobile phone. Then click on "Activate".
Then, get connected on your Facebook account from your cell phone, If you can't do it, have look at your email box.
If the problems continue once you have completed the steps, check if you wrote the good informations in your options.
